Na sajtu litas.rs kupovina je moguća sa i bez registracije.
Za kupovinu putem eLitas aplikacije registracija je obavezna.
On litas.rs, purchase is possible with or without registration.
For purchase via the eLitas app, registration is required.
U pretragu unesite željenu destinaciju i izaberite vrstu karte:
- Jedan smer
- Otvorena povratna
- Zatvorena povratna
Datum polaska je obavezan. Kod zatvorene povratne karte bira se i datum povratka.
Enter your desired destination in the search and select the ticket type:
- One-way
- Open return
- Fixed return
The departure date is mandatory. For a fixed return ticket, the return date must also be selected.
Vreme zatvaranja prodaje zavisi od linije i iznosi od 30 minuta do 6 sati pre polaska.
Ako je prodaja zatvorena, biće prikazana odgovarajuća informacija.
The sales closing time depends on the line and ranges from 30 minutes to 6 hours before departure.
If sales are closed, an appropriate message will be displayed.
Karte i putovanje Tickets & Travel
Štampanje karte nije obavezno. Kartu možete pokazati i putem mobilnog telefona.
Printing the ticket is not required. You can show the ticket via your mobile phone.
Potrebno je pokazati:
- kartu na mobilnom telefonu ili odštampanu
- lični dokument (lična karta ili pasoš), po potrebi

Da. Online karte koštaju isto ili mogu biti povoljnije nego na drugim prodajnim mestima.

Izbor sedišta je moguć samo putem sajta litas.rs i samo za određene linije.
Ako opcija nije prikazana tokom kupovine, izbor sedišta za taj polazak nije dostupan.
Seat selection is only possible via litas.rs and only for certain lines.
If the option is not shown during purchase, seat selection for that departure is not available.
Cena karte je konačna. Razlike mogu postojati u zavisnosti od kategorije putnika (deca, studenti, odrasli, penzioneri).
Na pojedinim stanicama naplaćuje se stanična usluga koja nije uključena u cenu. Za autobusku stanicu Požarevac moguće je kupiti i online peronsku kartu.
The ticket price is final. Differences may exist depending on passenger category (children, students, adults, pensioners).
At some stations, a station fee is charged which is not included in the price. For Požarevac bus station, it is also possible to purchase an online platform ticket.

Nakon kupovine putnik dobija dokument koji sadrži i kartu i fiskalni račun.
Trenutno nije moguće dobiti fakturu za pravno lice.
After purchase, the passenger receives a document containing both the ticket and the fiscal receipt.
Currently, it is not possible to receive an invoice for a legal entity.
Prtljag i posebne kategorije putnika Luggage & Special Passenger Categories
Cena karte uključuje samo ručni prtljag.
Prevoz većeg prtljaga naplaćuje vozač prema važećem cenovniku za međumesne i međunarodne linije.
The ticket price includes only hand luggage.
Transport of larger luggage is charged by the driver according to the valid price list for domestic and international lines.
- Deca do 2 godine ne plaćaju kartu na međunarodnim linijama ukoliko sede u krilu pratioca.
- Deca do 3 godine ne plaćaju kartu na međumesnim polascima ukoliko sede u krilu pratioca.
- Deca starija od navedenog uzrasta plaćaju kartu uz odgovarajući popust, u skladu sa važećim tarifama.
- Children up to 2 years do not pay on international lines if seated in the companion's lap.
- Children up to 3 years do not pay on domestic departures if seated in the companion's lap.
- Children older than the above ages pay with an appropriate discount, in accordance with valid tariffs.
Promena i otkazivanje putovanja Changes & Cancellation
Promena datuma nije moguća.
Otkazivanje je moguće najkasnije 12 sati pre polaska, uz povraćaj 100% iznosa.

- izjavu o odustajanju

Cancellation is possible no later than 12 hours before departure, with a 100% refund.

Opcija praćenja vozila dostupna je u eLitas aplikaciji.

U eLitas aplikaciji moguće je digitalizovati papirnu kartu kupljenu na:
- AS Požarevac
- ticket totemu
- u autobusu
Skeniranjem QR koda karta se čuva u telefonu i može se zatvoriti.
In the eLitas app, it is possible to digitize a paper ticket purchased at:
- Požarevac bus station
- ticket totem
- on the bus
By scanning the QR code, the ticket is saved on your phone and can be closed.
U eLitas aplikaciji postoji program lojalnosti za redovne putnike.
