How to Confirm an Open Return Ticket
Confirming an open return ticket is simple and quick. Just follow these 5 steps:
Step 1: Open the menu on the website
- Go to www.litas.rs
- Click the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the page.
Step 2: Select the return ticket confirmation option
- In the menu, choose "Timetable"
- Then click on "Confirm Open Return Ticket"
Step 3: Login or enter your information
- If you have a registered account, all return tickets eligible for confirmation will be shown automatically.
- If you don’t have an account, you have two options:
- Register using the email address used when purchasing the ticket.
- Or proceed without registration — enter:
- The email address used during the ticket purchase.
- The return ticket number (make sure not to enter the ticket number for the outbound journey).
- A verification code will be sent to your email, which you need to enter in the designated field.
Step 4: Choose your return date and time
- After verification, the ticket eligible for confirmation will be displayed.
- First, choose the return date (the ticket is valid for 60 days from the date of the first journey).
- Then, select the exact departure time and confirm your selection.
Step 5: Confirmation and email notification
- You will receive a confirmation email with all details of your return journey.
