Attention: Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Litas website or mobile application. By using our website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use (hereinafter: the "Terms").
Litas d.o.o. reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time by modifying this text. We recommend visiting this page from time to time to check whether the Terms have changed since your last visit.
All content published on the Litas website or application is the property of Litas d.o.o. and may only be used for non-commercial purposes, while respecting all stated copyright warnings. You may not modify, reproduce, publicly display, perform, distribute, or otherwise use the content of this site or application for public or commercial purposes. If you wish to use the content for purposes other than those specified herein, you must contact us for permission.
When using our website or application, you are not allowed to:

Collection and Use of Data
Visitor personal information (such as name, address, phone number, contact email, etc.) is processed and stored in a manner that prevents unauthorized access by third parties. "Third parties" do not include affiliated entities – such as the founder of Litas and other legal entities operating within the same ownership or control structure – involved in the development, maintenance, and operational functioning of the site and application. These parties may access personal data only to the extent necessary and are obligated to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.

Litas d.o.o. makes every effort to protect your online privacy. Your personal information is stored securely and confidentially, and is processed lawfully in accordance with this privacy policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse, including encryption. Your data will be retained only as long as necessary to manage your account, process payments and refunds, respond to complaints, or send subscribed promotional information.
Cookies Policy
A cookie is information saved on your computer by the website you visit. Cookies usually store your settings and preferences. When you revisit the same site, your browser returns the cookies, enabling the site to recognize you and display customized information. If you do not want our site to access your cookies, you can block them through your browser settings.
Users
Users can shop with or without registration.
By registering or purchasing, the user declares that they are legally competent, over the age of 16, or have parental consent to create an account or make online purchases. During registration, users must provide accurate and complete information. Only individuals (natural persons) may be users.
Invoicing for Tickets
Tickets purchased online are available only to individuals (not businesses) and include a mandatory fiscal receipt.
If an individual requires an invoice issued to a legal entity after purchase, the ticket must be canceled first, then repurchased at the AS Požarevac ticket office with an invoice request.
Types of Tickets
One-Way Ticket
Can be purchased at a regular price or with a discount. If using a discount, the passenger must present a valid document proving eligibility. Otherwise, the ticket will be invalid and a full-price ticket must be purchased.
Return Ticket

Closed return – with a fixed return date.

Open return – without a fixed return date.
For open returns, passengers must confirm the return trip at least 6 hours in advance via link Litas. d.o.o.. The return must occur within 60 days of the first trip.
Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Payment Methods
Payments on our website can be made using the following cards: VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, or Dina (if they support online transactions).
Payment is processed via AllSecure and OTP Bank Serbia through the secure AllSecure Payment Gateway.
Once card details are entered and the payment is confirmed, the transaction is authorized by the bank. The amount is reserved and unavailable for other use. Check with your bank whether your card supports online payments.
Payment Data Protection
Card data is transmitted in encrypted form using SSL protocol and the latest tokenization technologies, complying with PCI-DSS standards.
Card details are never available to the merchant.
3D Secure – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards for data protection. All merchants using AllSecure are automatically enrolled in 3D Secure.
PCI DSS – AllSecure is certified at PCI-DSS Level 1 since 2005. This ensures the protection of sensitive data throughout the payment process.
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD). For informational purposes, prices may be displayed in other currencies using the National Bank of Serbia’s exchange rate. The actual amount charged may differ slightly due to conversion by your card issuer.
Card Registration
If requested, card data can be tokenized and stored on AllSecure PCI-DSS Level 1 certified servers. The merchant never has access to your full card details – only a token (reference number). The user may de-register or update their card details at any time.
Purchase Instructions
All services shown on our site (www.litas.rs) and mobile app (eLitas) can be ordered easily.
For card payments, you’ll be prompted to enter card number, holder’s name, expiry date, and CVV code (usually 3 digits on the back of the card).
After payment, a confirmation page will appear with transaction details, including order ID, amount paid, card type, authorization code, and timestamp.
You’ll also receive email confirmation.

Delivery and Usage
Funds can be used immediately after successful payment.
Complaints Procedure
Passengers may submit complaints in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.
Complaints regarding the website or app can be sent via email to: info.centar@litas.rs.
E-Account
All prepaid amounts are final and non-refundable, except in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection or if technical issues on Litas’s end prevent use and are not resolved within 14 days of notice. Refunds apply only to the original transaction.
Refund Policy
Refunds for payments made by card (partial or full) will be made only to the same card used for payment (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, or Dina). Our bank will process the refund at our request.
VAT Statement
VAT is included in the price. There are no hidden fees.
General Passenger Transport Terms
All tickets purchased online are subject to the General Terms of Intercity Passenger Transport. By purchasing a ticket, the passenger agrees to these terms.
